I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences. Shivapuri Heights Cottage is a fantastic place with absolutely stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and a feeling of being completely taken care of. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. My room (tent) was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It had two terraces, and one with a private jacuzzi felt like a dream with a breathtaking view. Watching the sunset and sunrise from there felt magical. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and serenity. I can’t recommend Shivapuri Heights Cottage highly enough. A special mention to Ramita, the manager, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience truly exceptional.

Sweet and kind hosts. We were upgraded to a better room because another guest couldn’t make it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the market with easy access to great eateries. It’s an old property, but very aesthetic with relaxed, chill vibes. The stay was comfortable and well-equipped - hot water for showers, a heater, clean towels, a kettle..everything we needed to stay warm and cozy.
