United StatesVery nice and quiet place in a beautiful 300 years old huge building, but yet very modernized, on a farm. The hosts, Martin, and his wife are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also had a brief time sharing life stories. The private bath is well equipped. The newly renovated shared kitchen is great. We had a great time staying at their place.
I highly recommend their place to everyone.

We had a perfect stay. The house is just amazing, spacious, cozy, and nice decoration. The kitchen is superb, extremely well equipped, it has all you can possibly need. The garden feels like a paradise, so green and pretty. There is jacuzzi, pool, you can play basketball or volleyball, BBQ, also sauna. It felt like a dream being there, time went so quickly. Also, location wise being next to the mountains in the countryside is so special. You only hear nature, peace. We loved it and cant wait to be back!

The location of this place is just perfect, about 5 km from Ladek Zdroj, no neighbours, silence and a stream. No internet nor mobile signal. The cottage and the garden are absolutely great, especially for a summer stay. The garden is huge with plenty of space to relax or for kids to play games or play in the stream. An extra cottage for outdoor meals or games, an outdoor fireplace and greenery make this place an oasis. The owner is very nice and helpful and lives nearby.

Nature around, cleanliness, nice and cozy fireplace near the house, terrace where you can have your own breakfast and admire nature. If you'd like some kind of detox from the city, noise, work, people, etc. it's the best place to restore yourself! Take a book and meditate :)

Everything was great! The cabin was lovely, cozy and very clean, and the view was fantastic. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The owner is such a lovely person too, he has put his heart and attention in every detail. The nature around is beautiful and very quiet, you can enjoy the birds singing all day long. Great place for relaxing and enjoying reading books and walking around or spending quality time with family/friends. The internet connection was stable and fast. We can't wait to visit again!

I recently visited Leśna Ostoja and found it to be an absolutely charming place, truly deserving of a visit. It's especially fantastic for those with children. The inclusion of a fireplace adds a cozy touch that enhances the overall experience. Moreover, just a 5-minute walk to the top of the mountain offers an astonishing view that shouldn't be missed.

This is a very nice place with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Far away from busy life and overcrowded environment. A lot of tourist places and paths nearby, including mountains.
Everything is brand new and clean, with a lot of details and a decorated cozy interior for a good time spending and accommodation. There is kitchen stuff. The owner is a nice and pleasant person, ready to help and provide all you need.
One of the most important things for me was a fireplace inside.

Modern, stylish wooden cottage in the middle of nature. We loved absolute peace here and waking up near trees just outside the windows.
Kitchen is perfectly equipped for basic cooking.
Bathroom is really nice, cozy with warmed floor.

Private riverside, garden, fireplace. Really cosy and nice design of the house inside and outside. This place has everything you need.
Mountain walks starts just from the garden.

The apartment itself was clean & cozy. You could tell it's fairly new. We appreciated the welcome kit on the table with maps & little gifts from the hosts. The area is very quiet, one day we hiked right from the apartment, however it's quite far from the city center - you'll definitely need a car for that. It's great for kids with the playground right outside and the wellness options are also nice (sauna & two hot tubs).

Unique place in beautiful countryside. Cosy and freshly renovated inside, with beautiful, well kept garden outside. We spent there only one night and we regreted it, this place is the best if you want to relax and calm down. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
