Perfect location - the view from the both balconies (I attached one of our pictures) worth every single cent. All sunsets would shine for you only. Quiet place with no noise from the hotels or restaurants, in the morning you enjoy the birds’ songs. Comfy beds, furnished kitchen to cook all you want (we personally cooked fish every day), two nice balconies to enjoy views with a glass of your favorite drink. On top of all, our host Gilles and one of his sons Kenji, who manages the property despite his young age, were unbelievably kind and did their best to let us have the best holidays ever! They would assist you in all stuff from taking the car in rental to driving you to the place you need to go to if you have no car. They brought us local fruit from their garden as a warm welcoming; nice gifts for Christmas and then the New year eve. Kenji turned out to be very friendly and kind man, who made our vacation even better thanks to his sense of humour and outgoing personality. When our daughter caught a cold, he immediately went to the garden and picked some lemongrass (they have all sorts of useful herbs growing nearby), we made tea with it and it helped her a lot to recover. We highly recommend choosing this fantastic guesthouse to stay and we 100% choose it again for our next holiday in Seychelles.

The property was spacious and had everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. It’s family who owns and run the establishment and they will accommodate you with pick up service to and from wherever you’d like to go for a fair price. Dee and Johnathan were so polite, professional and friendly. Great overall stay…..and that pool was amazing. The views The views and wow the views!!

This brand new accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations, absolutely everything we needed was there and every detail was thought out, so we felt great. The private pool and view were amazing. Special thanks to Clint, who met us at the airport, gave us plenty of useful recommendations, helped organize trips and helped with transportation if needed (to get from the beach to the house we had to climb a decent 600 m hill, so a car is a reasonable solution, but we also managed without it - the apartment had a swimming pool to jump in and a nice, shimmering, smooth ocean below :)

I highly recommend this place for your enjoyable vacation because it’s much better than in the pics. The location is beautiful right uphill overlooking the gorgeous Anse Royal beach, so the view from all terraces is just fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole villa with huge space and large windows. The villa is surrounded by lush nature with fruit garden. The hosts are best we have ever met and their homemade dinners were delicious, actually better than in restaurants with fresh fish & shrimps as well as salads. We’ve been 5 times on the Mahe so far but this place is best of all. Anyway, you need to rent a car not only because of high hills but it’s the best chance to explore the island. Thank you so much dear Iena & Frencis! We’ll definitely be back soon ❤️ Victoria and the family
