The house had absolutely everything someone could need, whether regarding the kitchen accessories (even having a Weber grill outside!!) or for enjoying the beach (beach chairs, snorkeling gears, towels, cooler, ice packs, etc.). There was also a variety of spices and basic things to cook, which makes it a lot easier rather than having to buy everything for very small use. Water 18L bottle also provided. The house is very spacious and comfy, and the very big terrace was also very appreciated. Would recommend anytime !

Patrice went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. She checked in often and was always quick to respond to any questions. One of the most beautiful beaches Sapodilla Bay beach is only a 3 minute drive and what a gem!! Be sure to visit while you’re there! Chalk Sound is remote (that’s what we wanted) compared to Grace Bay so I do recommend you rent a car. Las Brisas restaurant is also close by - great food and friendly staff.

Location if you don't mind being near downtown, but not in a beach front location, facilities, the villas has all you need and more, easy use, quick comunication, details like the water and snacks, pool, comfort. Very well rounded experience.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several time and this was the first time I rented 3 beachfront villas with concierge and it was an amazing experience. The concierge coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa, we skipped the long line. The villa was impeccably clean, with high quality towels, shampoo, and all amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compare with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. The ocean was super warm and turquoise colored, the ocean is so shallow - shoulder deep - for almost a mile out. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis. One concierge did a great job again both activities for us. The swimming pool was also well-maintained and perfectly clean. We will be returning again!
