Great value. The location was perfect, just a few feet away from beach access to Wyllie's/Anini Beach. The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable sectional couch, beautifully maintained grounds with lush green surroundings, private lanais, gorgeous "loft" layout. So much space! Bed was comfortable, and the property manager provides beach towels, cooler, etc. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries available. Shower pressure temperature was perfect. I only stayed 3 for nights but really wish I could have spent a month. Excellent hub from which to explore the beautiful Kauai's north shore. Only a few minutes away from Hanalei Bay. Also, an easy drive to the Ha'ena state park shuttle/parking lot (which is nice since you want to start early if you're doing the Kalalau trail). Foodland only 5 minutes away for groceries, a bunch of shops/restaurants nearby as well. Don't worry about missing out the stuff on the south shore, the drive there is very reasonable (only about an hour to Poipu beach and 1h45min to Waimea Canyon) so it's easy to explore these areas with day trips from Princeville. Very competitively priced and the best value I could find in Kauai by a sizable margin. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property

Lovely condo on the golf course with beautiful views. Spacious, comfortable, and clean property with very nicely equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities, dedicated parking, and beach accessories (chairs, towels, cooler, etc.) were a real plus. Grocery store (Foodland) and restaurants were within a 15-20 minute-walk – even closer by car. Hanalei and Kilauea were nearby with a multitude of beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The lighthouse in Kilauea was the perfect spot for whale watching – highly recommended! Communication with the host was excellent and access to the unit was seamless.

We stayed here in early Jan 2026 after a different listing we had rented fell through. We were so glad to have found it. The space was great. It had everything we needed and more (lots of beach toys in the garage). We couldn't have been happier. We used the communal hot tub and pool a lot and met some very nice people there during our stay. Owner was super easy to communicate with.

The house was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. I have rented 60 plus rental properties, and this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house was by far the cleanest. Every corner, the back of the kitchen drawers, and closets were spotless. I love the art pieces and decor of the house as well. The fixtures were in great conditions. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas for guests. The pool area is wonderful, and kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful stay.

The property was quiet and clean, and you had everything that you needed in the spot, including two beach chairs, an umbrella, which was really appreciated. There was also a nice cooler which we didn't use, but could be really handy for someone

Truly beyond belief beautiful and in a very wealthy area so I’m shocked at how low the price was. Very spacious. We didn’t even use half the place. You can tell the owners lived there before because everything made sense in the house, like access to outlets and every type of dish or thing to cook with. Washer and dryer were high capacity. Highly recommend
