Breakfast was also nice. Variety-wise the number of dishes were not many but for breakfast, it was more than enough. Eggs were well-cooked, pho was great and fruits were fresh.

The property isn’t at the center of the city, and that made my family’s experience more quiet and peaceful. After a long day of touring around Sapa, it gave us such cozy and warm feeling because of its location. It’s not that far from the city proper though; it’s only around 5-7 mins by car. Mr. Hieu has been really helpful during our stay because not only was he our host, but he was also our Grab driver and somewhat of a tour guide! He and his wife prepared breakfast for us, and it felt like our home away from home. It’s so cool to get to interact and converse deeper with a Vietnamese local because you’ll learn more about their culture. Not to mention he’s a great English speaker so language barrier wasn’t an issue. 😊

Splendid! The best place to stay in sapa if you want to reconnect with mother nature. I love the location. It's really quiet in the valley. I'm so glad I chose this to staying in Sa Pa. Highly recommend this homestay. It's just so nice sitting on the balcony looking at open space for miles! The dinner is more of a banquet and you eat like a king. The whole table was full of amazing fresh food. The host works very hard to ensure everyone has a good and cared for stay.

I like Mama Mao cang Homestay a lot. They have everything, if you need something ? just asked. Very hospitality, they also speaking English fluently. Very cozy place. The food was great. Would visit again

I don't think I could do justice to May and her family in my review but it was life changing! From the minute I booked to my departure, May and her family were incredibly welcoming. The three nights I spent here are sacred because I came as a guest and left as friends! May is a superwoman, she is an excellent tour guide, safe motorcyclist, fabulous chef and the best host I have ever had. The bungalow is in the most magical setting and to have delicious breakfast every morning immersed in a green oasis is special indeed. Cao (May's son) provided excellent communication and was always on hand to help. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe my entire trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the trek, the herbal bath and motorbike tour! I also loved all the dinners I had and May's culinary expertise meant she was able to adapt the meals to my taste- i.e. extra spicy! I will make it a point to revisit Vietnam, just to stay with May and her family!

We loved the location, and De was very helpful. We were only planning on staying 2 nights, but ended up staying a few extra days. There are some nice hikes that you can start right from the homestay.
