This was my second stay at Palm Africa Hotel, and once again the experience exceeded my expectations. As usual, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite room, which was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel maintains high standards in both service and facilities, making every stay enjoyable and relaxing.
