We absolutely love Housekeeper Zeya! He has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. The room was always clean and well-maintained, and his warm, friendly attitude made us feel right at home. Thank you, Zeya! Our room number was 417, at 4th floor.

This hotel was honestly amazing. Khushnud, Fazliddin, Abdelrahman, and Louie were incredible. They were so kind and welcoming, and even remembered small details I don’t even remember telling them. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the rooms were big with great views, and the hotel had a great vibe. I loved the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, pool, business center, and buffet. Great place for both work and relaxing.

The room was clean and cozy. There a small free gym and pool on the roof, not the vest view, but still good. Several bars on the roof. Good staff and kind. There is a bath in the rooms and that's great!

The staff is very helpful. The facilities were great. The suite was clean.

Staff were great and the rooms are a great size, with comfortable beds.

Nice ambiance , clean , valet service was good too, Actually i travelled all day from dubai to abu dhabi and i was tired, so the checkin was smooth for me , staff was very polite. So overall it was a good experience.

The room, very clean and bigger

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and finally soft and proper pillows. The view is amazing from the 29th floor. And in addition to everything, staff is excellent. I’m really impressed. Thank you!

The room was great, modern, clean, with everything you might need during your stay. The staff are very polite and helpful. Location is also good, few minutes away from the main bus station.

i really like the room, it was so cozy, luxury, and clean. i like the way how hotel staff served us, they are all was so kind and patient with us. also, all hotel has aroma of rose, what makes you feel like in the rose garden.
