All the meals were very good and offered you a great variety of choices. The room was immense and very well illuminated from the sun, offering a spectacular view of the sea. At the price, we received a lot of benefits: access to the outside and inside pools, to the sauna and gym room.

The food was excellent, the staff extremely kind Big room and bed. Very nice!

Very cosy and clean room with a nice view. The beach is also wonderful and very clean, but if you are not a beach fan, there is a big pool at the hotel for you. The staff is nice and smiling :-). I am perfectly satisfied and would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Staff friendly and very responsive.

The staff was friendly. I was there during the off-season. Therefore, only a breakfast buffet when they had a group come. That didn't matter to me. They served a good-sized breakfast every day. Regardless of the small inconveniences, I give this hotel a thumbs up.

The host and the staff were great - very helpful and responsive, the location is perfect - right next to the beach, the rooms are clean and spacious, our room had a big terrace with a sea view, which was amazing.

In the two weeks we spent traveling around Bulgaria, this was my favorite hotel. the pool was awesome and warm, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

The personnel is really friendly and supportive. The rooms were very well maintained and cleaned every day. I was traveling alone with my son, and we felt well that there was always someone at the desk, and there was security during the night, also very friendly, which gave us a sense of security. The hotel has a sense of chic despite it being somewhat vintage. The marble surfaces give it a good mood. The hotel is built with the ambition of giving the sense of a real hotel, giving it a nostalgic note of glamor. The art on the walls is original, and there are some really good pieces and paintings by Bulgarian artists, which elevates the space. Even if not everything is ideal in the hotel, and it could use some renovation, it is kept very clean, and if you do not intend to make your bed every morning, prepare your own breakfast, and clean the batch, and just want to enjoy your stay, I highly recommend it for the value and comfort.

We stayed with one year old, so we appreciated having baby meals and a playground. Highchairs for the baby were cleaned and wrapped every time, Room was very clean with carpet flooring that made it pretty cosy and comfortable. Quite good pool bar with diversity of drinks. Helpful staff

Very nice hotel! The fact that it's adults only contributed to the peace and quiet around the hotel. The meals were nice. I also booked a dinner at the Vistamar hotel next door through the Guests Relations lady, and it was exceptional!

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!! The hotel is amaizing. Big and cleanest rooms,food was very delishous and different.Staff very frendly. The view from balcon is nice. I will back again to this hotel.
