The hotel is in a nice area of old town. All entry is by code and the desk is a block away, but it was safe, quiet, and near the catedral, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was helpful answering my questions whether via WhatsApp or in person.

The decor was quirky. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed - the snacks were a welcome treat. The location is superb.

The apartment complex in general was nice. Our room was spotless and comfy. We are a family of four, and we fit perfectly (I could even say a fifth person could have stayed). The staff's attention was phenomenal.

Located just across the River Nervión from Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum, Hesperia Bilbao has an eye-catching colored glass façade. Bilbao’s old town and city center are 10 minutes’ walk away.

Very good location, just 10 min walk to the Old town and Guggenheim museum is just across the bridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Room has electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge and everything needed for a longer stay. Very comfy bed. If I ever return to Bilbao I will probably choose this hotel again.
