Very comfortable and quality rooms. In a very nice, modern part of Paris with easy access to Metro. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The property location was amazing.

Le 5 Paticulier was a little oasis just on the outskirts of Paris and is a wonderful relaxing location to return to after being out and about all day seeing the sights and experiencing Paris. Extremely simple to use the Metro (10 mins from centre of paris and less than 500m from the hotel). Additionally, there are several supermarkets and restaurants that are nearby if you want to avoid the crazy tourist cafes/brasseries etc in the city area. Lovely helpful staff. We really liked it and unreservedly recommend this accomodation to any travellers looking for somewhere to stay out of the tourist milieu.

Hotels in Paris are always a hit or miss and this one is most definitely a hit. Location outside the touristy center, but easily reachable by metro. Located in a good and calm neighborhood with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Small but cozy rooms, very comfortable beds, small radiator available for extra heating. Cleanliness outstanding. Breakfast selection was great and very fresh. Possibility to get tea and coffee at all times. Highly recommended for a traditional Parisian hotel experience.

My room was great with all promised amenities and a large balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff overall were honestly very friendly. The location was really great.

Beautiful hotel, a real oasis in Paris. It is a bit less central but super easier to get to various metro stations. The staff were all so friendly, the breakfast, rooms and service were all phenomenal and overall it was just a really special stay.
