Everything! The staff, especially Maria and Rafel, were excellent! They were there for your every need, reservations, transfers, etc. We had an amazing view from our room, we could just step out of our room and there was the caldera! They also provided a delicious breakfast every morning to our room with many options to choose from!

excellent location, walking distance (which is by the way vey nice walk with the views) to Fira, stunning views (i went to Oia, the views there are so beautiful but not better than the view from the hotel). very friendly and helpful staff, big thanks to the ladies at the reception. i have been to many places and islands, i truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. i also recommend for visitors to rent ATV or buggy and enjoy going around the island. i just asked the ladies at the front desk for buggy rental and they come and bring it to the hotel, buddy was for 180 € for 24 hours which is good price.

Everything they were all really nice , they asked ys everyday if were are happy or not, rooms were clean, the view was amazing , it is the best spot to stay at.

Unbelievable location with views like we have never seen before. Great staff, breakfast and all round experience was once in a lifetime!

The level of service and hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff truly try to make your stay as good as possible. For example we reached out ahead of time to ask if we could leave our luggage at the reception since we were arriving in the morning before check in time - they accommodated our early arrival and we were able to check us in right away - over 5 hours early. The location, approximately halfway between the cities of Fira and Firostefani, is perfect since it's much calmer than other locations closer to the town centers, but it's still easily walkable (about 10 - 15 minutes) . In my opinion, this is the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and don't like crowds. There is an exceptional view of the caldera and of the sunset from the terrace and several of the suites. The breakfasts are delicious - you can choose a la carte from sweet as well as savoury options. We also ate an exceptional dinner at the restaurant and watched the sunset at the same time. A fantastic experience!

Great and friendly staff, superb location

These traditional “cave” homes are beautifully maintained and authentically perfect if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. They are a in the perfect location to be close to Fora and Oia, but far enough to feel like you are one of very few on the island. Every part of this property is gorgeous!

The location is perfect and easy to access

Everything was perfect. The facilities were all great, especially the pool. It was so peaceful all of the time. It's in the perfect location being only a 20-minute walk from the restaurants and bars. Chris was an amazing host - so friendly, helpful and always a pleasure to chat to. We would recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Santorini. Couldn't have been better!

The hotel was more than we expected. The location was exceptional, very close to food, amenities and the most amazing view, we got an upgrade to our room 🥰 the best surprise ever, breakfast to our room was a great detail too. The staff was great ! Always helpful sending us reminders and offering the best vibes, we are more than happy with our stay. We want to go back asap.

Everything was amazing. The view, the cleanliness, the room, the breakfast was served in the room on the terras with an amazing view.

Alexander villas was incredible! Petros the manager was so helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded as soon as we got there, he gave us the best recommendations and took us to all the places we wanted to go ( the taxi and uber availability is complicated in Santorini) We loved it and will definitely go back.

The property emerges from the side of the hills of Santoríni, gleaming like a white gem. It’s perched high above the sea and there are breathtaking views from every inch of the property.

The location was amazing and the staff super nice. The sunset view from the room balcony or the swimming pool was fantastic.
