Rooms were clean and I slept so well! The brunette (30s -40s age) that worked at the breakfast was so sweet and kind; she made my dining experience so amazing! I felt really taken care of and that’s immensely invaluable when you’re at a hotel!!

Good breakfast. Very good dinner (twice). The stormy weather stayed outside.

The staff was amazing- all very helpful!

The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of the stay. We were kindly upgraded to a Golf-side Signature Suite, which added an extra special touch to an already wonderful stay.

A very high standard of accommodation, old world charm, very quiet, felt like we were staying in the countryside but only 10 min drive into town.

Lovely atmosphere, the staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was great. Also has amazing food.

This was the best holiday/hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. The location is unbeatable, the hotel and rooms were even more charming than the photos let on, and the staff were the most hospitable and friendly we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. We had a phenomenal time in Killarney thanks to the Arbutus hotel & staff. Excellent location for exploring Kerry. Park Place Apartments is right in the centre of Killarney, and our apartment had a view down the main street. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was so good to have an elevator, 2 bathrooms, and off-street parking. Definitely recommend. The apartment was our favourite stay of all the places we visited in Ireland.

Very clean and spacious room, comfy beds. Bathroom had all necessary amenities and more. Friendly staff. Irish breakfast was also good.

The location was exceptional! We had access to bars, a swimming pool, restaurants, tennis courts and many more facilities. There was live music and dancing available each night in the hotel area which we loved. The access to a shuttle bus each day was convenient and allowed us to get in and out of town. The apartment was enormous and we loved the river apartment locations. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable! The staff were lovely!

Hazel was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, accommodations, food & staff

Perfect location, close to the center of town, but far enough not to have any noise. It's a 5 minute walk. Our room, Garden Suite, had a door onto the garden, which our dog loved. Staff were very friendly.

The location is perfect for walking around town or the park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

Staff were welcoming , friendly and more than helpful with advice when asked. Location was great right in town. Parking easy

Very nicely presented hotel with fabulous well maintained vintage furniture. Rooms were beautifully appointed and the welcome drink and chocolates was very thoughtful. It was a great experience. The Wiggs Bar and restaurant had some excellent food and drinks. Free parking is very much appreciated. Most tours pick up from a meeting point that is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival
