We had a really nice stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff came every morning to clean the bathroom and restock toilet paper and soap, which we really appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since we had to leave at 4 a.m. They helped us with directions and made things easy for us. Kudos to our friendly night guard from Cameroon as well. Also, the food from their kitchen was also really good. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything was clean and well organized. Edoardo was a very responsible, friendly, and supportive host. We didn’t have breakfast included, but we were kindly offered free coffee and tea in the morning, which was a very nice gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

The breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are very modern. The hotel is clean, a good value for money during my stay. I would recommend it to everyone!

Comfortable room in an excellent location near the doges palace

Amazing 2 story 2 bedroom rental with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen right on the canal! Great location just a 9 min walk to san mark square! Super easy to get in and out. Loved it and will be back!

The location, the host, cleanliness, facilities, rooms, and comfort- everything about this place is top-class.

Location is great - close to the water taxi which links directly to the main tourist attractions, as well as near plenty of choices in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is relatively spacious, and decently clean. The host was friendly and gave us a quick tour of the apartment.

The building itself is amazing and then u see the wiew from the roof and its somehow even better, just wow

The interior and exterior of the property, next to the green area, quiet, amazing breakfast, nice staff, close to the beach.

Spacious, luminous rooms. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Friendly / helpful staff. Excellent value. Just steps from the beach and easy to reach by bus from Lido SME ACTV station. Possibility to rent bikes for the 1/2 day or full day right on site was a big plus.

We were very happy with our stay at the Viktoria Palace Hotel. The room was great, the garden and the pool as well although it was still a little too cold to use it (end of May), anyway it was a very nice area. If you want to visit Venice, I recommend staying at the Lido - so you can have the best of both worlds: more of a countryside feeling but close enough to culture/shopping as the connection St Mark´s Square is very good and there are vaporetti even during night time (every 30 minutes).

Nice location , very quiet and close to San Marco. Vaporetto station just 2 minutes away. Amazing view from the room. Staff is very supportive, specifically Murad

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and we loved the individual room dedicated to different musicians, as well as the traditional Venetian decor. The bed was comfy, lovely bathroom and loved having a little coffee machine in the room!

Location was perfect. I did shoppings around and then coming to the hotel to drop them. Same goes for the toilet and changing outfits, very central location. Also to/from airport, there is a vaporetto right in front of the hotel so that was awesome. They did upgrade my room thanks them for it ! And staff was really nice
