The best located hotel to go to Venice! Right in front of the train station We were Sorry for all those turists walking & struggling around Venice with their suitcases We made the correct decision!

Clean rooms, close to station, close to market and restaurants. The owner is engaged, very friendly, and made sure everything was great.

Superb location, just across the Venice Mestre station. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to should you have requests or concerns. Room is not too spacious but enough for single or double occupancy.

Villa Costanza has a way to make you feel at home. It is not too close to the station, to a very quiet traditional Italian neighborhood, but close enough to find your way about Venezia in a day. The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

Room was small but functional, exactly what we needed. Close to shops, public transport and parking on street or at hotel

Perfectly prepared for our arrival, possibility to park, excellent restaurant right below the apartment.

Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean! Alberto is an awesome host and even greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco, so nice of him! We would highly recommend Alberto’s apartment to everyone! Grazie Alberto!
