We had an absolutely lovely stay at the historic and romantic Torre Di Vico. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and had a good shower and comfortable bed. Location was right around the corner from the Cathedral. A delicious and abundant breakfast was provided in the morning. Location, beautiful facilities, superb breakfast, shuttle service to the city, comfortable bed, spa, comfortable and elegant common areas but above all the kindness of the staff. They did everything in their power to assist us always with kindness and a big smile. Francesca is a very kind and communicative host. When we arrived in Orvieto, we couldn’t find the parking at first, but her son came to help us. The streets in Orvieto are narrow and so is the parking, so I recommend coming only with a relatively small car and if you feel confident with your driving. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you very much!

The Locanda Palazzone is a really unique property in that it’s a 13th Century farmhouse that has been thoroughly gutted and modernized. As a result, the rooms and spaces are spacious, visually clean and comfortable. Most rooms are two story loft style with dramatic windows, but one room is all one level level (recommended for older travelers). The staff is really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are well fed, organized and comfortable. Additionally, the beds are firm, toiletries luxurious (they remind me of Hermes), and the property itself sits in a winery with an amazing view.

Set in the green Monti Cimini Hills, this 4-star hotel offers a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a furnished gazebo.
