Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

I really like the staff. They are nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very cosy and I love their drinks available in the lobby: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc, free of charge. We also received a free entrance to Krupa Art Foundation. The location is amazing: very close to the Old Town, in a very calm neighborhood, with restaurants around and a very cosy book store/café..

Awesome Host! He met us at the apartment and made sure we knew how everything worked. The apartment had everything you could think of and more! Comfy beds and air conditioning. A huge plus was the carbon monoxide and fire detectors. The host provided snacks which was huge since we had a long day of travel. Highly recommend!
