CanadaReturning visit, this time as a group. Everyone enjoyed the great service from the staff, the upgraded large-screen TVs, and good wifi throughout the facility. This is a great location in the historical center of Ponce, close to restaurants and attractions. We are looking forward to returning.

The location was great for exploring the town. The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They helped us carry our bags upstairs, because there is not an elevator. We parked on the street out front, in designated spots . Would stay there again.

Beautiful building and design. Room was nice and comfy. Staff was great. Location is perfect. It is right at the main square.

The hotel is going through its forth redesign since it opened in 1895, which is absolutely amazing!! I just hope that with each renovation, they keep the originality of what it was. The room we stayed in was small and enjoyable, the bathroom was nice.
If we're ever back in Ponce, this is where we will stay.
