Everything was great, but the breakfast and the view from the restaurant were amazing

Beautiful and clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is very close to the beach, and a very short walk to the main road, yet feels very quiet and relaxed. The food at the hotel is ok, but I wouldn’t eat at the restaurants again. The breakfast they provide changes each day with different dishes but again, food just ok. I would stay here again!

Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety, the location is close to many restaurants, 7 eleven , pharmacy and not far from from the mall. Beach only few meters away from the resort.

A wonderful hotel. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. Its location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. There's a Seven-Eleven branch and ATM next door, as well as shops and restaurants all around. It's a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road or Jungceylon Shopping Center. It's the perfect choice if you want to be in the heart of Patong Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and if you ask for anything, it's immediately available. The breakfast buffet was good.

The cleanliness and the location

The location of the hotel was perfect, close too the mall, close to the vibe street and food market

We loved everything: the location, the stuff, and the facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. The reception is very pleasant, and welcoming cookie as a gift is a wonderful touch.

Staff was very cooperative. I was travelling with my brother who was handicap and on wheelchair. They upgraded my room and were very professional

Swimming pool is very clean and big for the price

Room Makeover. Breakfast was not that great. It was a well themed stay with good amenities and good experience overall.

Cleanliness and great customer service

Location was much quieter, and only 10 walk away from the crazy night life. 10 mins to the beach. 7-11 right out front. Lots of restaurants close by.
