Fantastic location, wonderful surroundings and the Staff were excellent

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean. Kulturpark and Konak Bazaar are within walking distance. The Izban and other public transportation are also nearby. In the area are also some places with traditional Turkish food. I can recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in proximity to the piers and other attractions. Friendly staff who extended beyond their jobs to make me and my family comfortable. I needed a charger and the staff let me borrow one pretty late into the night. They read through my requests at the time of booking and made sure I had extra comforters. They let me park right in-front of the hotel when I couldn’t figure out the parking. Overall my single night stay was a pleasant one. Breakfast was worth staying longer at the hotel.

Renaissance Izmir Hotel is excellency at peak. Located perfectly, offers big rooms with max comfort and silent elegance. Desk Ladies and Gentlemen offer support as best class. Restaurant on the top is The Top as breakfast and a-la-carte. Safe and clean, made it best for our Easter Holiday in Izmir. Thank you!

Living Rooms are very large. Parking space. Kitchen was good

The guy at the Reception (unfortunately I don´t know his name) was very helpful and knows a lot about the city and transportation Best breakfast in Turkey, we were really surprised by the variety and quality. Amazing selection of olives and cheeses, they even have a beehive with honey The hotel has a prime location near the Basane metro/rail station and also a short walk to the bazaar in Izmir

This hotel is an easy walk to the pier and to the main sights in Izmir. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are large. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. A nice hotel, I would stay again.

We were upgraded to the suit room which was beautiful and spacious. This boutique hotel full of character and spirit is a little heaven located at the heart of the city Bornova. Highly recommended.
