The best location for transportation

I loved that it's located three minutes by foot to Little Tokyo. The view was amazing. I wasn't expecting to be gifted water bottles and cookies at 10pm to check-in so that was a nice surprise. And I also appreciated that there was a shower mat to step into the bath tub.

Cleanliness was excellent. The place smelled fresh and clean the moment I opened the door. I've stayed in many places, including 5-star hotels, and the cleanliness here has been the best. Although the building is old, it's very well-kept, and the outstanding cleanliness more than makes up for everything else.

Loved the location. I was in LA for the basketball at Crypto.com Arena, so the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was about a 2 minute walk via the LA Live precinct from the hotel to the arena, with plenty of great bars and restaurants along the way (shout out to Tom's Watch Place!). The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was quite big and had plenty of light from the large window that overlooked the arena. Housekeeping provided bottled water each day. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the gym was actually pretty good too. It was only a 15 minute walk downtown to supermarkets and other food options if nothing in the hotel or in LA Live met your needs, which was handy. A cab from the hotel to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills took about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I was a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. It was ideal.

Beautiful place, staff are amazing, food at the bar was excellent. Walking distance from a lot of entertainment and restaurants!

The hotel is great! Great rooms, location, room service! We had a blast and definitely will come back.
