My wife and I stayed at the Metro Hotel for a few days in July 2025. We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

Very clean and modern, good vibes. Staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The location is central but set back from the street. Each bed had independent chargers.

Well located with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15 minute walk to train and bus station. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Super staff, especially Oksana who was extremely helpful coordinating a car for me and answering questions about travel :-)

Very modern hotel. Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.

This place is "totally cool" 😎 In a word, "tranquility" - my go-to place. As an oftentimes weary traveler, it's so great to be received by kind/friendly people and find everything to be nicely provided late at night. The mattress is ☆☆☆☆☆. P.S. - great location for bus/train station connections.
