Felt quite clean and recently renovated. The hot tub was very nice and warm. I like the 11am check out, gives us an extra hour compared to most places. The value was excellent and the whole experience and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, and hot tub.

We'd stay again just because of the amazing front desk service, specially Benzon. He was incredibly professional and helped us with everything we needed, we were booked a room without street view, but thanks to Benzon, he gave us a way better room with street view, better shower, and more comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were great, clean, wide and almost just for the 2 of us. We used laundry room and was perfect as well.

Our room was large and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The fireplaces add a cozy atmosphere. The provided robes were perfect for walking to the pool. While expensive, the restaurant was lovely with tasty food and wonderful service.

This resort hotel is located on Okanagan Lake and surrounded by mountains. The Kelowna Art Gallery is 66 feet away. A restaurant is located on the lakefront patio.

I traveled from the U.S., so I benefited from the exchange rate. The Canadian rate for the room was $229. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, adjacent to the beach, and within easy walking distance of countless choices for food or beverage. I had a corner room, with two balconies, one side overlooking downtown, the other side overlooking the harbor and Lake Okanagan. Of course, adjacent to the lake, there is a large sidewalk, and boardwalk, and a wetland preserve, and an opportunity to see beautiful downtown architecture. It is a 5 minute walk to the Kelowna Community Theater, which is why I was in town. The TV and channel selections were excellent, and I think my king size bed was the best quality I've ever experienced. I traveled all over the U.S. for 36 years for business. I think this was the most comfortable, aesthetic accommodation I've ever had.

The check in was completed online so when I arrived to the property it was completed with in minutes of my arrival. The staff was friendly at check in and again at Breakfast the next restaurant the following morning. Checking out was also completed within minutes. When I return to Kelowna this will be my hotel I choose to stay at.

Brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites in West Kelowna just off Hwy 97 next door to Two Eagles Golf Course. It offers an indoor pool with a 39 foot waterslide and kids splashpad.
