Excellent View ! Rooms were super clean. Food was very good at the restaurant. Very courteous staff. The overall stay was very pleasant. If someone wants to write some book its a writers place as well.

The location is very good and the room is extremely clean. We chose the superior room so we have AC. The AC works well during the hot weather. The breakfast is good too. The room is small but the space is well thoughtfully design.

Great location and nice views from our back room (no.2). Easy remote check in. The self-service and prep breakfast room was fine for us as we bought some items at the local supermarket and stored in common fridge, although capsule coffee , butter and milk available were appreciated. Wil was a great one night stop on our cycle tour and we were able to put our bicycles safely and carefully inside for the night. Much appreciated.

I booked a Junior Suite for my kids and I, it was massive! It's rare to find such a spacious room for that price in Switzerland. The breakfast was also very nice.

Only the name reminds us of the military. This historic hotel is one of the most beautiful in Switzerland.

The nicely designed and spacious rooms, former parts of a textile factory, are a great place to rest and to make a small walk to the breathtaking views of the Walensee, specially from.this side of the lake. Taking a swim at the lake from the beach side, next to the camping, with the views of the more than 2.000 metres high mountains right in front of you, super steep, is an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel was extra nice and made us feel great at the facilities. The gym is also nice, which you can access from 8 am to 9 pm in the building in front, entrance D. We didn't take the breakfast because we had still a lot of stuff from our road trip, but it looked really good. I also.appreciated the Rituals soap and.shampoo that are supplied in the bathroom, nice touch. And there is also a shared terrace at the first floor, with all lofts, that we used to have dinner with our daughter and observe the mountains, great. In the lofts, both beds are comfortable and spacious, it was really relaxing to spend time at that loft with high ceilings, nice design and comfortable and big beds. I would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip to the Swiss Alps.
