The newly remodeled hotel is a true gem. Only 10 rooms, up from 8. Staff is super accommodating, our room was spectacular overlooking the infinity pool. Room amenities are over the top. Valet parking is free. They even washed the dust off my SUV. Marco and Kevin, the concierge/front desk managers were always super accommodating. English was no problem. The hotel is small, super clean, beautiful gardens, art work, marble stairs, and surprisingly quiet for its location in town. Easy walking to all the great shops and restaurants. Heated pool is beautiful with comfortable chaise lounge chairs and fancy umbrellas. Poolside service could have been a little better on Sunday afternoon, but everything else was perfect.

Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal offers private pools in the rooms, has its own private beach area, and state-of-the art fitness center. Guests are welcomed with a free margarita cocktail.

I loved the attention of the staff, they even remembered my last name even though I stayed for only on night. Concierge was amazing too. The breakfast was spectacular and dinner too.

We liked the resort feel and vibe Welcome wine was a nice touch At first one staff was not too helpful when my husband was telling her the wifi in our room was not working and he ended up getting upset but the manager intervened and was able to sort things out. In the end they fixed the problem.
