Everything was great! Clean and very warm, cozy family apartment with everything we needed. Kids play area with slide and balls was amazing for two small children. 15-20min walk to town centre. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions and even let us use the hotel sleds during the day. We will definitely come back one day.

The Hotel was amazing, breakfast was delicious and fres. Best scrambled eggs I have had in my life. All ladies working at the premises were very nice and helpful, felt great there all the time.

A remarkable experience that I could not recommend more. I was welcomed with exceptionally warm hospitality from the hostess that continued throughout my entire stay - from diverse breakfast each morning to extremely helpful assistance in planning my hikes, not to mention the room upgrade and the ability to wait for my bus after the checkout in a private lounge area. Definitely a week to remember!

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!
