It was easy to find the hotel by car. No problems at the check-in. The rooms were great. Spacious. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. The food quality is extremely good. The staff were very polite. What really left an impression was that everyone speaks excellent English, although, being a Serb I had no issues understanding Bulgarian. All of them work really hard to be of service and that is greatly appreciated.

The location is perfect, within a few minutes of walking distance from many historical places to visit and many nice cafés and restaurants. The owner and his assistant were extremely helpful, giving me many as suggestions to make my stay memorable. The apartment is fully equipped, even including a laundry machine and dish washer!
