Room was comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was really really good and full of everything for different types of diets. Staff working during breakfast were very nice and attentive.

The staff was so nice.there was a young employee named yug.was so nice . The breakfast was good. I liked service of the parking as it is free with valet thanks so much.

Wifi works, older building with a rustic feel. High ceilings. Staff was very nice.

The hotel is very clean, close to a very beautiful Metro station and a good looking park. It is a classic looking hotel, located in the historical Center of Sao Paulo. The staff was very friendly, and had all the accomodations we needed. For the price is a very good deal, it's not luxurious but it's very comfortable, great for the price. Breakfast is free and buffet-style, and the food is good and abundant. The hotel also has lunch and dinner options, but it's not free. Also not expensive. The staff it's very friendly. They let us store our baggage after checkout, while we waited for our flight. Definitely in our list when we came back.

It was a very nice unacceptable property. I liked that. It had exactly what we needed. And no frills. 

They were happy to wait for me even though I arrived very late like around 4am. And the staff were always very kind and breakfast was nice as well.

This hotel was a good one. The staff was great, and the place was consistently kept clean. The elevator made it very comfortable and efficient to enter and exit the hotel. Although the Wi-Fi was not always the strongest, it held up for the most part. Breakfast was not bad and included multiple fruits, proteins and even dessert. The location is one of the best I've stayed while in Brazil by far - right in the downtown of the city. Close to many grocery stores, restaurants, parks, so many other wonderful places to walk by and see.
