The staff at front desk was very helpful, Sergio assisted me with everything I needed during the stay, Mayra de Avila also called to the room and checked if everything was up to standard.

Amazing staff, friendly and willing to help in every corner. They even surprised me with a slice of cake to celebrate my birthday. Amazing location also with a lot of restaurants, bars and stores around it.

I got the master suite and it was just BEYOND. Huge room with dining table, perfect work station, huge and comfy bed. Loved it! The staff is super nice, polite, and helpful. The pool is quite small, but super charming. The location is also very nice because you have tons of restaurants and bars to chose from at a walking distance. Overall, loved it, would come back for sure.

The hotel is located close to many stores and restaurants which makes easier to walk around, beach 5 minutes away was perfect, breakfast every morning was delicious, fresh and tasty, room clean and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel in entirety The check in as easy and comfortable. Our room was clean and very big,we had a great amount of space with beautiful views of the city and ocean.The restaurant and breakfast was amazing,the food was fresh and delicious.The pool and gym were excellent.I really loved that the pool deck had great music.The staff were friendly and informative.

The hotel was 1 block away from the beach in the heart of Bocagrande. Plenty of food options on the strip.

Nice hotel, great location, great staff and delicious breakfast.

It was very convenient to be able to walk to the nice restaurants and it was about 2 and a half blocks away from the beach. A quick cab ride to centro. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
