Great location, walking distance to all the important points of the old City and a short tram ride from central station and neuestadt. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. I’d be happy to come back!

The location was in a calm neighborhood only 10 minutes from the city center by foot. There was always someone there to help at the desk. The people staying there were friendlier than the "normal" hotel. Everything was clean!

Great location, great breakfast and a comfortable room. Starting with the location, it is close to the city center and, on foot, you can reach the main places (Old Town) in about 15 min. The breakfast was excellent, with many options, and the staff were attentive and careful. My room had a metal-frame bed, which might not be the most comfortable if you want to lean back while reading or watching something. However, this wasn't an issue for me, and I had no problems with the mattress or pillows. The room wasn't very large, but the purpose of our city break was not to spend a lot of time there. It was more about having a nice, comfortable place to return to after visiting the Christmas market. :)

This hotel is located in the city center, just a few steps away from the Semper Opera House and Dresden's historic Old Town district.

From the time we arrived until we left we received excellent service. We had secure parking. Reception was done quickly but time was taken to answer several questions with both staff members. The room was just what was needed and clean. Restaurant food and service was excellent. The breakfast was the best we had on a two week trip. The hotel is reasonably priced for its central location. I will return.
