From the helpful staff to the mouth watering breakfast to the location ( on the water) , everything is special. They helped us with bike rides . Every staff member was super nice and made you feel special

Outstanding location in Nyhavn. Set back very slightly off the main strip of cafes in a very cozy courtyard, which allows some privacy and noise protection. Awesome Thai restaurant in that courtyard. Honestly feels like a private patio, which was a great spot to have drinks with friends. Huge apartment. Easily fit our group of 4 adults and 7 children, with plenty of room to spare. Super clean. Easy check in process.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hostel! When we checked in, there was a small issue with our capsule not working properly, but the staff handled it amazingly they immediately upgraded us to a private room at no extra cost. Super friendly, professional, and solution-oriented team. Highly recommend this place!

The bed was nice and really can sleep 2 people. The WiFi was incredibly fast reaching to 200 mbps. They have sauna to warm you during the cold autumn/winter day.

The location is nice, but located in a quiet area, a bit far from the walking streets and city centre. The rooms are great: very modern, spacious, lots of light, the bed was PERFECT, bathroom and amenities were very very good. This is a strong 10.

The hotel gave us a room upgrade to Junior Suite after they learned that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary. We are so grateful! We love the breakfast as well!!!!
