⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Albatros Makadi Hotel! Our stay at the Albatros Makadi Hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! This hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating, offering luxury, comfort, and outstanding service from start to finish. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (No. 2152), which was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple swimming pools and an amazing aqua park right by the entrance—our kids were in heaven! The dining experience was exceptional. With five different themed restaurants to choose from for dinner, we were spoiled for choice! The Eastern, Italian, Asian, steakhouse, and seafood restaurants all offered delicious, high-quality food—something we’ve never seen in a hotel before. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud at reception, who warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Sabir, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding—he resolved a minor issue swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. His assistant, Mr. Kareem, was also a true gentleman, ensuring every detail exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Albatros Makadi was cheerful, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay unforgettable. We cannot fault this hotel or its incredible staff in any way—this was a flawless vacation, and we will definitely be returning! We had a wonderful stay at Alma Height Serenity Resort. The snorkeling right off the beach was incredible—crystal-clear water and plenty of marine life to see. The food was consistently great, with lots of variety and quality. What really made the experience special was the staff, who were all friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Ihab, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He was especially accommodating in arranging an extra bed in our family room, which meant our family of five could stay together comfortably without needing to book a second room. Highly recommended—we would definitely return!

I liked that all the staff were friendly and professional. I like the involvement and simplicity of the General Manager, who attended to guests like regular workers. I liked the many beautiful pools, enough amenities like clean towels for everyone. The meals were tasty as well.

The staff was very cooperative, welcoming and the continuous follow up . My kids enjoyed the activities and animations

The Staff especially Mr. Hanna who was very kind & helpful. He was always keen on helping us and making us happy. Also Mr.Alaa eldin the bar manager was very kind and generous.

Everything inside property are great and Front desk team are excellent. Good and beverage service at restaurant all excellent too. Thanks so much for The Birthday treatment for my wife was very very nice of all of you to spend time doing such a surprise in our suite for her birthday….

The whole experience was amazing, one of the best resorts that I've been in Egypt, the staff, the food, the facilities, everyone is making sure you're happy and there is nothing that could upset you during your stay. The variety & quality of the food was just so good and delicious, special thanks to the following: - Mr. Hany from the reception who goes above and beyond to help you solving any issue. - Chef Mahmoud Gad one of the best chefs who runs the main restaurant professionally and making sure him self that the food is appealing and fit everyone's taste. - Abu Al Wafa, Alaa & Diaa the guards on the pool, very kind and helpful always smiling and cheerful. Definitely we will be back to Jaz Makadina.

The facilities are amazing, the staff is helpful and always willing to make you feel special and the buffet for breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant was the best we had till now. Good quality and variety.
