We stayed at Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments – Ribera Suites twice during our Madrid visit (first on 7 June 2026 and again on 12 June 2026 after cancelling another hotel), and both stays were excellent. The same high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service were maintained throughout, showing the consistency and care of the property. A special thanks to Aritz at reception, who was extremely welcoming, informative, and helpful. He made our check-in smooth, arranged secure luggage storage as we arrived early, and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast bag and welcome gifts, which were thoughtful touches. Our double-bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless. The kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions and just a few minutes from the metro station. One detail that truly stood out was receiving a personalized welcome message in Swedish. This thoughtful gesture reflects the exceptional attention to detail and genuine care shown towards guests. Although it is a cozy boutique property without the large lobby spaces of big hotel chains, the excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and personal touches make it a better experience than many larger hotels. Special thanks again to Aritz for making our first stay so memorable and special, and to Andrei for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality during our second visit. This is a great apartment to stay with family/friends, it has all the things you need and more, and it's not close to the city center, but it's a good place. It was clean and neat. The host is super responsive, he helped us get to the apartment when we arrived at 2 am. Close to metro and bus lines that will take you to the city center in less than 20 minutes

Location is great, across the street is a bus stop for bus 138, which will lead you to the city center in 10 minutes drive.We often walked from the city centre to the appartment. Appartment is cosy, furniture is new and clean, complete impression is great. Staff is responding in real time, on every question you may have and are supportive. For every reccomendation - whether you are traveling alone, or as a family...

The staff was very kind and gave an excellent service! The room was very comfortable and clean!

Firstly, the location was very good, close to a supermarket and a pharmacy. Secondly, the metro and bus stations as well as a major roadway and a large park were within walking distance. Finally, the apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower had great pressure and very hot water. All in all, it's a superb apartment for a very affordable price!

It’s organized, clean, location is perfect and the unit has what a guest will need, linens, kitchenware, dinnerware, towels, etc.
