I liked the fantastic professionalism of the staff, at the reception, in the different services ( restaurant, maintenance, security, ...) The restaurants provided a superb range of refined and well prepared dishes. The morning breakfast buffet, as well as the lunch buffet are just gorgeous. The staff at the business lounge (9th floor) is also perfect in being attentioned and making one feel welcome . I used to be a Sheraton guest over many years, but this place makes me have no regrets , and the price of a stay here is only a fraction. A great place to be in Addis. Thanks to all !

I had a super nice chilled 4 days at this hotel. The staff are really great, i had one of the best intuitive massages of my life with Eyerus, incredible! The receptionist ladies are all lovely and thank you to Joel for his kind assistance! The IT guy was great, got me out of a pickle with a visa application,.the housekeeping very good and Kifle. The spa with saunas and jacuzzi is a nice touch too and Yeni also gives a strong massage thanks. The pool area a bit of an oasis. The gym looked good and busy but I didn't step foot inside. Thanks!

Breakfast was good. Some days coffee was not available and we had to ask for towels.

The staff went above and BEYOND to make us feel comfortable. Our kids really loved this hotel, and the food here was actually really great. We ordered room service twice, and it was great. They made my travel with my kids as a solo parent easy, and they were kind.

Staying in the hotel was a great experience . All the staff were very kind , friendly and helpful people.It is difficult to mention all of them but special thanks to Mebtu ,Mercen & Dory who work in the reception & welcomed us every day with big smiles and tried their best to make our stay the great experience it was. We have eaten many evenings in the hotel's restaurant and it was always a nice meal being served upon by Bety ,Musrshu and Edil among the others There is a ice small souvenir shop in the hotel where All the staff of this hotel should be cherished by their management as their dediction and kindness makes them a big asset to the future of this hotel.If we will ever come back to Addis Ababa we will certainly without hesitation stay again in this place as we felt there at home & among friends.
