First class hotel - staff and facilities are outstanding as is the location. We upgraded for ocean view rooms which was worth it. Food in restaurant was excellent, especially the Sunday brunch buffet with live music.

Built in 1911, the hotel overlooks the bay on the Boulevard Croisette and features its own private beach, pier and Belle Epoque façade.

Everything was wonderful. We stopped to have lunch at the beach bar and the kindness and hospitality of the staff made us book immediately as we were looking for a place to sleep. It’s a unique experience that worth breaking the savings once a while. The room is so chic and comfortable…the bed is like sleeping on a cloud and perfect breakfast

The property owner, Jean-David, also manages the rental. He is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Very kind and caring. The apartment is newly renovated. The building is across the street from Croisette beach which is fantastic, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment does not have water view, but the building is beachfront and very, very clean. I Highly recommend this place.

Room is highly clean and tidy, fully furnished with new renovation. Building entrance & Room entrances are too A class with lifts. 24 hours very friendly security is available. Address so convenient, and have rich neighborhood. More than required Bed sheets and clean towels are available. New washing machine, coffee maker, Iron, oven, Electric cooker, new clean diches, utensils etc., all were available. Owner of the house is a family lady & is so friendly with the guests. The good thing is she leaving near and always available on Mobile & on WhatsApp. Taxi can be arrange any time by main gate security. We enjoyed our stay and will chose this property again on our next Cannes visit.

From the location, to the room and especially the breakfast it was absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room service was brilliant and it was a really nice touch coming to your room each evening after 5pm with new towels and chocolates. I would really recommend staying here. The location is perfect from walking out the front to the beach or walking out the back to all the shops and restaurants. Absolutely perfect

Small studio for rent in Palais Miramar, resident building, not an apart hotel. Great location, perfect value for money, neat and clean, great welcome. This apartment is equipped with all the necessary items, even iron and washing machine in case you need it. Nespresso coffee machine, cups and plates, and you can cook there as well, if you want to. Lovely little balcony with the window to the yard, which is quiet and nice. There are a lot of cafes on La Croisette and several good beach clubs are in front of the building (most of places require advance booking).
