The room size was a real surprise - much bigger than we has previously experienced in Paris. Very comfortable. The bathroom was also a fantastic size and had everything. We walked a lot, and although the hotel is not in the usual "tourist hub" it was accessible to everything. The staff were tremendous. Tremendous!!

David, the front desk representative, was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was so kind, really spent time talking to us. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

The hotel is a great find for the price, we will certainly book there again. It is in a nice neighborhood near the Canal St. Martin and close to metro and train station. Lots of café's and restaurants around there as well. Our room was relatively small (Paris size) but comfortable and spotless and the hotel decor is nice. They clearly made an effort in every way. The hotel and restaurant staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Hayet! We had dinner at the hotel three times and the food, typical bistro fare, was excellent and not very expensive.

The location was a good starting point. You can walk to any arrondissement within an hour. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Gare de Nord and L’Est. The Neighborhood was lively with many dining and nightlife options. The area felt safe and comfortable. The owners are friendly, helpful, quiet and respectful. There was no issue or concern in sharing the condo space with them. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room was spacious enough for two people and luggage. The private shower, sink and toilet was functional and efficient.

Very clean and spacious house with 4 rooms and 2 brand new bathrooms plus living room/kitchen. Could easily fit 10 people (although 2 would have to sleep on couch-bed). The beds are very comfortable and it’s very quiet as it is facing an internal area (so no view though). We would stay there again.
