When I arrived, the room I was given had just been cleaned and smelled of cleaning materials. I asked for another room and was up graded to a bigger room, excellent service. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was good and the help and support offered was great, we would come back again.

Gorgeous looking art deco hotel, friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast and very nice set menu choices, clean and tidy bedroom, great location on the cliffs overlooking the sea.

Liked · Everything was great! Bed comfortable. Wonderful meals in restaurant. Great vegan options, amazing vegan raspberry cheesecake. Staff very helpful and friendly. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Great location. Can walk to beach and town.

Didn't have Breakfast & one bus to & from the suncliff only once a hour & didn't run in the evenings or Sunday. It was a 20min walk to Bournemouth square down hill, & a steep hill up to suncliff.

the garden view suite had so much space and bonus for the settee area where we could lounge around.... The hot tub was well used (as it was my daughters birthday weekend and her and her sister thoroughly enjoyed the fact that they could pamper themselves).

The staff were very friendly at check-in / check out. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a short stay in Bournemouth.

Everything was perfect. Value location facilities room staff breakfast and swimming pool. A very friendly Bournemouth hotel that I will certainly book again.

We had a one night stay (should have been 2 but our ferry was cancelled) . Staff were very friendly,,bed was comfy & the breakfast was lovely. Beach was very close & the hotel even kept our cases safe as we weren't flying out until late in the evening. I've seen some reviews about the decor being dated but I felt that it was a real authentic English seaside experience. Will most definitely return & for longer next time.

Hotel is beautiful and amazing location. Close to downtown businesses/restaurants and also the beach. Walking distance to everything. Bar, restaurant, staff, facilities were all excellent. Booked a second night because I liked it so much.
