Beautiful, sparkling clean hotel! The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. The hotel is off a very busy street, so it was a little noisy, but we knew that going in and had earplugs with us, and it wasn’t an issue at all.

Spacious and tidy apartment with a bus stop on the doorstep and a train station just round the corner. The bed was massive and ridiculously comfortable, everything that you'd expect to be there was there. The communication with the host and the attention to detail shown was unparalleled.

Great location, comfortable beds, comfortable living area and kitchen. Rob was wonderful, helpful with answering questions. The little snacks he left were perfect after a long drive and for breakfast in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was get, so close to everything, we walked everywhere, Instructions to get the keys was straight forward.

We went to Cardiff to see a rugby game. Apartment was easy walking distance to venue. Host let us store luggage even though it was before check in time so we could get to game before it started. Property was clean and well maintained. Felt safe in the area. Sleeping beds were comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The view of the castle from my room was stunning, and the location couldn't be better - close to shops and food options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were great. They also offer paid parking, which is convenient. Highly recommended!

Staff were lovely and welcoming, I mentioned I was in town for a funeral and the receptionist very kindly suggested some nice sights to see in Cardiff if I needed cheering up and made me aware that the staff were trained in mental health first aid in case I was in need of any support during my stay. Location could not have been better. I was pleasantly surprised considering how reasonable the price of the room was; single room was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hotel was quiet despite being right in the centre of the city and the breakfast was great with cooked and continental options and great coffee.

The room was a nice size for 3 guests and the bathroom had a nice size shower and bathtub. The 3 beds were very soft and comfortable. I loved being able to have my own bed while traveling with friends since most hotels do 2 doubles, but our room had 3 single beds.
