We stayed at the hotel during my husband’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. To our delight, the hotel team surprised us with a thoughtful birthday present for my husband. It was such a heartfelt gesture that made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued as guests.
A special thanks goes to the receptionists, Aram and Sofiko, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. From the moment we checked in, their warm attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable.
