Everything. The decor was stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated—every space felt intentional. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that elevated the entire stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was absolutely perfect—central to all of my exploring sites and nestled among amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the metro, and walkable city life. Cloud 8 bar was a whole vibe, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional—fresh, abundant, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was so good that I happily left tips because the service truly deserved it.

Great property in a walkable distance to city center and close to the new Thessaloniki Underground station. Hosts are very heplful and provided us the needed information on the nearby shops/cafes, landmarks and all the stuff we needed. Property is on the ground floor, but with good noise isolation. Free and easy parking in the streets nearby.

The host JD was extremely communicative and ready to help. He immediately helped us figure out a problem in the apartment (we had accidentally turned off the hot water lol), kept our luggage after checkout since we were taking a night train out of town, and even texted us when it was raining since he had seen us hanging out laundry. Very kind and an excellent host! The apartment was also very clean and well-stocked.

Close to the newly opened Metro. Very clean, you have everything you need to actually live there for longer time. Great host, even moved his car to gave me his own parking spot. ;) I can only recommend. This is genuine Greek living experience, I am glad I did not choose a hotel room.

I had a wonderful stay. Very warm and welcoming Greek hospitality. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed. I can highly recommend it as a place to stay in Thessaloniki, right near the new metro. An added bonus is the spectacular coffee in their café downstairs.

The check in was very smooth as was the communication with the host. The apartment's location was ideal. There are good options for parking around the building. I appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable bed, bathroom, WiFI, etc.

Perfect accomodation for family and company trip. The apartments are fully equipped and has great location. The metro station is accros the street and you are in the city center in 5 minutes. The host is very polite. We got early chack in and late chack out for free and he response on every request from our side. On the begining we reserved 4 studios and because of the strike the border was closed. They change our reservation for the next weekend and we received return payment for the family who can't come next weekend. We will come back in Vardaris Apartments on our next visit in Thessaloniki for sure 😊
