A tropical paradise within Kolkata city. The experience provided is exceptional. Shout out to Priyanshu and team at the front desk, Manobi and Manisha at The Verandah and Rehman in housekeeping for making the stay memorable. Their thoughtful consideration and treatment of a family with a 1.5 year old kid made the experience unforgettable. Will visit again as a resident guest and/or restaurant patron.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help whenever needed. The service was quick and smooth, which made the experience even better.

What a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel.
Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.
