Absolutely incredible! Having tried many properties in Jaipur, this is hands down the best and exceeds all value for the price. The service / staff goes out of the way to be helpful and kind (shout out to Sameer and Roshan), the rooms are new and super clean (linen, bathrooms especially clean), and they are aesthetically pleasing. They have thought of every small detail. I also enjoyed the dinner at the property

Now I have stayed in five hotels in northern India, this charming hotel has been the most peaceful despite Jaipur being busy and noisy. Mrs Singh was so lovely, warm and welcoming. It’s like staying with family, so it’s not a corporate type hotel (good) but I enjoyed it here a lot. Clean Quiet Comfortable. Perfect. I highly recommend it!.

This hotel is the best!! It has wonderful and very kind staff!! The owner of this hotel is very honest and Nobel, man!! He helped me with one of the situations!! The location is very good. It's in a quiet place and not far from historical places. The food, the breakfast was very good and tasty!! The room is spacious, has air-conditioning, electric kettle, hot water.

Neetu's home stay was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. As a solo traveler, it was important I felt safe, and the staff was especially helpful when I fell sick. They also have an incredible Kerala-style massage spa on-site!

I had a wonderful stay at Kailash Heritage, Jaipur during a recent family function. The property has a warm, traditional feel and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family stay. The staff truly stood out—they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable.
The food was delicious and felt homely, and the common areas were well‑maintained, giving us plenty of space to gather and relax. Overall, Kailash Heritage delivered excellent hospitality and made our family event feel even more special. I would happily stay here again.
