The staff. I have not stayed in a more relaxed and welcoming place anywhere, and I travel a lot, nearly every month to different destinations. The cook. Harish, even prepared off-menu dinner for me when I wanted to eat food from my long-lost Bengali childhood - fish curry in mustard oil! I cannot thank enough the kindness and hospitality of Nanda, and the manager, Amit. When I left after a 4-day stay, I told them it was my Delhi home and in no time they would be seeing me again.

Lovely stay at the quiet and nice defence colony neighborhood. The hotel is nice with lovely rooms with all the amenities, incl. air purifier (which I appreciated), fruits and cake, and water. The breakfast was lovely on the roof with fresh juice, omelette and Indian dishes. Service was attentive. Hot water and great WiFi. Fantastic alternative to another hotel that I switched as it was terrible.

Our third stay here, Bungalow99 is probably the best place in Delhi given location, staff, facilities, and food. The three main staff persons treated us like very valued guests: many thanks to Joy, Athim, and Ms. Won for making our stay so easy and restful.
