We had a wonderful stay at the apartment for 2 nights. Communication with the host and check in was relatively easy (key available from key box with code), the apartment itself was fantastic! Clean, comfortable space, working wifi and kitchen, hot water in shower, and located walking distance from grocery stores and the metro. 10/10, would stay again!

The general ambience and vibe was so lovely. It looks like those classic hotels from back in the day but the upkeep of the hotel is great. It’s well-maintained and clean and not dated unlike other “classic” hotels you see with dated rooms that aren’t even clean. I booked a small room since I was traveling solo for The Eras Tour. It had a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee and some water bottles. There’s some noise level with the rooms next to me or people walking/talking outside the hallway but nothing too bothersome and I personally wouldn’t find this a problem however I think someone else woke up to my alarm and got upset. Whoops. Haha. Bathroom was also clean and came with amenities and there was a hairdryer provided. Breakfast was good! Typical European breakfast. But the ambience was nice to wake up to especially when you’re seated near the windows. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. They also try to initiate conversations with you. Location is great! It’s relatively safe area especially if you’re a female solo traveler. It’s right across the tram station (V.Le Certosa Via Casella) which is more or less a 40-minute ride to Duomo. It’s also walking distance to a mini Carrefour Market and McDonald’s in case you have late night cravings.

Well the hotel was booked looking at the public transport availability access and we ended up with a lot of walking around the corner to access the bus and trains near to the hotel. However, the overall stay was good for us. As a suggestion, the breakfast options can be improved a bit more as we felt the spread was very limited.

The hotel locates two bus stops away from Flixbus station and close to local shopping area. The room spacious enough. Comfortable and clean. Our stay was enjoyable. Special appreciation to the hotel owner Alehandro. He was very kind and helpful. Definitely, we will keep in mind to book this hotel if we travel again to Milan.
