Theres too much good things to be said about this place, the owners were very friendly and helpful during our stay, they also propose a free taxi service to iiyama station and back once per day. If you plan on comming with your family this place is perfect.

The beautiful view of the lake, the owner was extremely nice and helpful. The cabin was cozy and very clean. It was Christmas so my partner and I had enough space and were able to add a tree to the living room.

We had a wonderful stay at White Tree with two young children for five nights - we felt like we were at home. We loved the delicious breakfast and dinners, the shared downstairs onsen style bath after a day on the snow, and the common space where our children could play with toys, hang out, and watch TV- they played with Hayden's and Saki's kids. We rented gear and had our girls take 4 days of their first ever ski lessons with Susie at Shinano Snowsports (run by White Tree) and bought discounted lift tickets for Tangram/Madarao from White Tree- it was so easy and convenient! Being within walking distance of Tangram's chairlift is great, and the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming. Thank you Hayden and Saki for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, well appointed. Fantastic location for ski/snowboard vacation.
