it felt like home, outfitted with everything you need, very quiet neighborhood, just a short 5 minutes walk to the train station, wonderful modern large supermarket and pharmacy just steps away, also a good selection of local restaurants. we also really enjoyed being able to open the windows for fresh air in the morning

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!(shout-out to Yuuta-san who helped me dispatch my suspiciously large bad back to Tokyo lol!) People from Osaka do live up to their reputation of being incredibly nice.
The rooms were comfortable (I could live on those beds) and the amenities were plenty.
Everything was very clean, and the location was suberb for those who like to transit between cities in Kansai.

Good location 1 stop from Osaka Umeda Station. Needed a place to stay that has easy access to Kobe & Kyoto so we stayed here and it was all good! Room & bathroom size also bigger than expected. Worth the price since we got a good deal.!

Location and the staff made us feel comfortable. Had everything we needed! Although everything in the room would go off when we removed the key. The A/C would cool the room pretty fast when we returned.
This is a good hotel close to "Nishinakajima-Minamigata" station, which is a metro line that will take you to the best spots in Osaka. Room was good, and they have an Onsen (hot bath) at the hotel. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Good english skills as well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby railway station. The breakfast was excellent — a great opportunity to try typical Japanese dishes, and everything was delicious.
The room was clean, tidy, and more spacious than I expected. The hotel was also very thoughtful, replacing towels daily which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!
