Shika Home is home away from home. Clean and comfy. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Close to train station, a post office across the street (a happy find for someone who always sends postcards while on trips!) There is a good coffee shop just a few steps away (Tsukikoya Specialty Coffee Roaster's shop). I would definitely choose to stay at Shika Home again the next time I visit.

Absolutely love the modern room designs! They were spacious and comfortable! The security measures with the key card for the elevator is a plus! I felt safe. The convenience store was very convenient! Loved that the hotel was close to many attractions, and the train station! This hotel is very affordable and perfect for a great vacation! 10/10

Everything is new and sparkling clean. Free water, amenities, soup, coffee etc. The cabin is a bigger than many tiny private tatami rooms in Japan! Truly a "luxurious" hostel stay, everything is just right!
