Fantastic stay! The hospitality and staff are unrivaled with their commitment to going above and beyond for their guests, always with a warm smile. The location is very close to local restaurants, malls, and tourist attractions so it is a brilliant place to base yourself in Nairobi. Everything. The place is beautiful, the setting is great but most of ALL the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. We unfortunately both got very sick most likely due to an outing where we ate some bad food, and even in the middle of the night everybody helped so incredibly well!!! Don't know how we would have done this without al the incredible staff.

Beautiful property in a nice, safe area with very kind and accommodating people. The breakfast was very good and Jane worked around my food issues. Walking distance (30 min) to giraffe centre. Would try cottage next time.
