Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Hamra Garden: the staff were always attentive and welcoming, the communication was great from the very beginning, and the shared room was clean. There's also drinkable water on every floor, which was great. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

What went well? Everything. I have been staying at the Rotana Gefinor since 2007 and have witnessed a lot of improvements of the facility and internet - both the reliability and speed. What has been always exceptional? The personnel. There are still employees I remember from my first stay, which says it is a good place to work. Every single one, both the "veterans" and new guys are just amazing, flexible, positive, supportive. My flight days and departure times were frequently changed this time, however, all these changes affecting my check-in and check-out were accommodated. I would like to mention Ms Bouchra by name, she handled my last check-out changes and taxi booking and arranged everything in no time. My "like" part would not be complete without praising the Reservation department for support and managing all arrival changes. Currently, I have no new projects that would take me to Beirut but hope it was not my last trip. And if it were, I have a treasury of wonderful memories.
