Host provides all the information by text and video needed to check in and out on your own but was readily available by WhatsApp to help and answer questions. Clean and comfortable. Laundry appreciated after two weeks trekking in Altai mountains. Nice rooms and kitchen ammenities. Host helped arrange taxi for 100,000 MNT to airport, much appreciated. Everything we needed to enjoy a night in UB.

This is a very nice hotel, the staff at the font desk were very helpful. Choices at the restaurant were great although the staff was not in a hurry to wait on me. I got the impression they were self conscious of their English skills.
